Ensure surfaces are clean and free from dust and grease. Lightly dampen absorbent surfaces. Apply a thin layer of glue to one surface. Press parts together. Repositionable for 5 minutes. Remove excess adhesive immediately with white spirit. Clamping may be necessary whilst the adhesive cures.
Final strength and water resistance achieved after 24 hours.
