Whether your kids have plastered stickers all over your windows or glass doors, or if you’ve done some DIY and used masking tape on your glass surfaces, we’re here to show you the best way to remove glue from glass. Here are some tips to get you started.

  • Timing is crucial. Dried out sticker stains are harder to remove than fresh stains, so try to remove sticker residue as quickly as you can.
  •  Don’t use a sharp object to scrape stickers off of glass. You don’t want to scratch the glass!
  •  Try hot soapy water. This is great for removing any sticker residue left behind on glass surfaces.
  •  If the sticker residue won’t budge, then try and rub it off using a rubber.
  •  Use Loctite’s Glue Remover. Lightly cover the glue stain with the glue remover and then wipe the surface with a tissue or cloth to remove the glue residue from glass.
